| Description | Responsible for all plant operations, accountable for the following: —Production planning and controlling as well as material planning and production activities —Engineering, maintenance and Quality Activities *Direct and coordinate plant operations within company policies, procedures and goals. *Maintain a clean and safe plant. *Establish and direct plant policies and procedures. *Responsible for plant production goals. *Establish and maintain a positive community relationship. *Foster a well-trained and motivated staff. *Confer with department heads to ensure coordination of all operations. *Responsible for establishing all shift production schedules. *Select and train plant supervisory and administrative staff. |
| Qualifications | •Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemistry from a reputable university, MBA is a plus •Up to 20 years of relevant experience in manufacturing field out of which 5 years with proven track as plant manager •Very Good Command of English Language and good computer skills •Very Good Communication and Presentation skills. •Dynamic , Result-oriented and possessing excellent leadership and managerial skills. Previous experience in Aluminum industries is a must |
