Develop and control the companys annual operating budget to ensure that all financial targets are met and financial and statutory regulations are complied with. 4. Provide financial advice and guidance to the companys managers and staff to enable them to achieve their objectives. 5. Oversee the preparation of the companys financial accounts to ensure that these are presented accurately and on time. 6. Develop and implement an internal audit programme to ensure that the company compiles with financial procedures and regulations. 7. Develop and maintain all necessary systems, policies, and procedures to ensure effective and efficient financial management within the company. 8. Monitor external contracts and services provided by suppliers to ensure that these are operating effectively and provide the best value to the company. 9. Carry out all necessary actions to ensure that the company meets its financial and legal obligations. 10. Develop, maintain and report measures pertaining to the financial performance of the company

-BA/BS degree with a major in economic, finance or accounting. MBA/CPA/CFA. (is an strong assets) -15-20 years of experience in managing investment, funding and financial planning in a financial institution environment. (multinational or international is a must) -Demonstrated high level of leadership and managerial skills with a minimum of 5 years. (in the same position) -Demonstrated extensive background in the financial area including financial analysis, financial reporting, asset /liability management and portfolio management with a thorough understanding of Principles and techniques for interest rate risk management, liquidity / investment management, credit risk management, and operations risk management. -Excellent written and oral communication skills.
