.Plan and manage sales and marketing resources within assigned region to ensure proper execution of business plan and achievement of sales targets .Set and develop policies .Maintain a healthy gross profit margin .Develop new business opportunities, new markets and new partners, through horizontal and vertical market penetration. .Setting the budget for the department as overall and organizational entities under supervisio .Controlling the financial performance of the department .Conducting periodic meetings with subordinates for reviewing progress .Identifying training needs of subordinates .Conducting performance appraisals for subordinates .Nominating a deputy to carry out the responsibilities of the position
--BSc in Medicine/Pharmaceutical Science or related medical background, MBA degree is an asset. -- Experience: Min. 12 years of total in Pharmaceutical field. -- High level of spoken and written English language. -- Good computer and Microsoft office skills.
