Sales Director Job Title Sales Director Country Egypt Job Category Sales Job Type Full Time Description — Align sales strategies with company corporate strategy (low cost market penetration, market payback horizon, influence of new technologies, promotion activities to improve companys image, position of company among competitors in strategic manner) in order to achieve our profitability targets and business objectives. — Develop and present sales plans and sales department budgets for sales, cost and profitability, in order to achieve companys financial objectives and targets with maximum cost efficiency. — Develop and monitor the long term sales plan and distribution channels, according to the overall business plan and commercial objectives. — To set objectives and targets for all levels of employees reporting in, in order to meet set targets for sales, cost, and profitability. — Contribute to the formulation and implementation of company corporate strategy regarding the business plan and policies, in order to ensure long term profitability, growth and sustainability of company among its competitors. — Contribute to the process of achieving satisfied customers, ensuring sustainability of market share through repeat business. — Collect the training needs of the department in order to provide HR with the opportunity to effectively develop their professional & managerial skills and monitor the performance of managers against set objectives.
