Description | The purpose of this job is to manage the needs and requirements of the Community Management Department, to deliver the requirements for the Community Management Directorate. Managing the department as a whole to achieve its goals, this role will facilitate all admin activities. Programme Management in the context of our situation is the support of the directorate in the execution of all services. The Community Management team exists to encourage and serve integrated community activity and owners involvement in the running of their community. They also enforce community rules and ensure service provision as specified is delivered to the agreed quality. They act as the focal and co-ordination point for all community organised events to foster a community spirit that is compliant, cooperative and inclusive. They act as the Community advocate with the developer and operator of the community or building as appropriate.. |
Qualifications | • A degree level qualification this should be in Community and or Hospitality or Property Facilities Management. • 25 yrs. experience in property management. • Effective human resources management skills, high level verbal & written communication skills, commitment to quality management principles, focussed on change management at short notices. • Knowledge and information management exposure both manually and electronically • Active Membership of a professional organisation or body |
