Responsible of developing and maintaining marketing strategies in coordination with the Managing Directors to meet corporate strategic objectives. 2. Works with the Managing Directors and COO to implement and facilitate the annual marketing plan. 3. Works with the Managing Directors, COO and Financial Manager to plan and administer the annual marketing budget. 4. Develops, executes and takes corrective actions in coordination with the Managing Directors and Brand Managers on different marketing aspects such as branding, positioning, pricing and introducing of new localization services. 5. Assures that all marketing implementations such as advertising, e-marketing and promotional activities match with the corporate marketing strategies. 6. Defines plans and implements marketing activities for specific brands portfolio in coordination with the Brand Managers. 7. Validates advertising strategy, guidelines and e-marketing planning process. 8. Serves as a source of up-to-date marketing intelligence for collecting and analyzing all the marketing related activities of the competitors and creates awareness among Brands, Production and Technical Departments. 9.Initiates service improvements to meet changing market needs, by continuing to offer feedback to the Managing Directors and brand management. 10.Validates research objectives and utilizes research findings effectively to identify business drivers and opportunities. Qualifications 1. Has a minimum of 15 years of experience in marketing field of which 5 years in Marketing Director position. 2. Master degree in a related field is a plus. 3. Aware of e-marketing tools and technology. 4. Strategic thinker and has a vision to the future. 5. Able to build and effective marketing team. 6. Effective research and presentation skills. 7. The ability to drive complex ideas from inception to delivery. 8. Strong presentation and interpersonal skills. 9. Capable of dealing with a diverse range of cultures and services.
