The main Responsibilities : 1-Cash Flow management 2-Budgeting And Expense Control 3-Financial Obligations management 4-Organization Liabilities 5-Organization Performance 6-Finance or Raising Capital 7-Financial Relationship and Internal control 8-Department Supervision 9-Record Control 10-Investment & liquidity management. Critical Responsibilities : -Oversees all treasury activities including banking, investment , liquidity management. Ensure the strategies comply with relevant statutes, regulations, and policies including the Risk Management Policy guidelines. -Ensure that in-depth testing of internal information technology systems is conducted, as required, to assist other departments improve information technology usage and capabilities. -Assist management in the development of the strategic direction for and administration of investment, funding, and liquidity management strategies. -Communicates Treasury strategies, policy limits, and performance. -Communicates a vision for organizational success that motivates others. -Establishes effective relationship with other senior executives. -Contributes to strategic planning, supports corporate initiatives, and keeps abreast of critical issues in other divisions/ groups.
-BA/BS degree with a major in economic, finance or accounting. MBA/CPA/CFA. (is an strong assets) -15-20 years of experience in managing investment, funding and financial planning in a financial institution environment. (multinational or international is a must) -Demonstrated high level of leadership and managerial skills with a minimum of 5 years. (in the same position) -Demonstrated extensive background in the financial area including financial analysis, financial reporting, asset /liability management and portfolio management with a thorough understanding of Principles and techniques for interest rate risk management, liquidity / investment management, credit risk management, and operations risk management. -Excellent written and oral communication skills.
